1- Use 1m Alu profile with cross section of 15*15mm .
2- Cut it to two (2* 0.5 m).
3- Make a cut in the middle of them as it shows in the picture.
4- Put them together by using two pieces of fibreglass (4mm) and 5 screws ( 25mm* 3mm)
5- Mount 4 screws (60mm*3mm) for battery holder as it shows around the fibreglass plate
6- Mount 4 screws (75mm*3mm) on upper fibreglass and create two levels with 2mm fibreglass
as it shows in the picture.
7- Drill holes for engines on the frame as shows below
1- Use 4mm fibreglass plate as battery holder and tight it to the mounted screws.
2- Use velcro strips to prevent of slipping the battery during the flight.
1- Use L shape plastic profile as legs and tight them to the farme by two screws
2- Tight engines to the frame by two screws. Use the plate which normally comes with the
engines between engine and frame. It helps to keep the engine straight in position.
